Labor Day Message from WSI

Long talked about the accomplishments of the WSI team and highlighted WSI's strong relationships with organized labor:
"Together we have built a strong, responsible company known for excellent client service, the best benefits and training in our industry and an unshakeable commitment to the highest ethical standards. We believe our workforce is the best in the security industry and our continued growth, high customer renewal rate and low employee turnover is confirmation of that conviction.
It is also appropriate on Labor Day to recognize the strong partnerships that WSI enjoys with its labor unions. Over 85% of our workforce is represented by professional security unions. We have and will continue to support the rights of our employees to organize with the union of their choice. The right to a secret ballot vote in a free and fair election is something to be cherished and protected in our democratic society and WSI will continue to fight to uphold that right for you."
