Congratulations to Angi Kelly who was recently promoted to the position of tactical planner for the Wackenhut Services, Inc. Oak Ridge team! Angi previously served as a security tactics instructor.
The Seymour (TN) Herald has an inspiring story today on Richard Stooksbury of the Wackenhut Services, Inc. Oak Ridge team. A senior security planner for WSI-OR, Sgt. First Class Stooksbury was recently awarded a Bronze Star Medal, with "V" device for valor, for his service to our country in Iraq.
"I am honored to call Richard a colleague and to have the opportunity to work someone I consider to be a true American hero," WSI-OR General Manager John Burleson said.

Nice story in today's Knoxville News Sentinel about Justen Parker of Wackenhut Services Oak Ridge team. Parker was recently presented with the Elliot P. Sydnor, Jr. Leadership Award for his work with the Department of Energy's Composite Adversary Team (CAT).
According to the story, "CAT is a group of highly skilled individuals who train in terrorist techniques in order to better test the protective forces at nuclear weapons plants around the United States..."
