Asian/Pacific Heritage Month program held at Oak Ridge

Today's Oak Ridger has an interesting story on the recent Asian/Pacific Heritage Month celebration at WSI-Oak Ridge.

The program featured Shikgeko Uppuluri, who talked about her native Japan and how she came to be involved in bringing the International Friendship Bell to Oak Ridge, and historian and writer D. Ray Smith, who discussed the bell and his work researching its history.
